Pastor Shawn McBride is an ordained minister of the Gospel and a dynamic communicator of the Word of the Lord. His passion for God, relevant approach, love for people and creative style in presenting the Word of God, is one you will not soon forget. His ability to teach solid biblical principles is truly a gift from God.

Pastor McBride is a graduate of Washington Bible College (99) where he has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and also teaches as the Professor of Youth Ministry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the Capital Bible Seminary (01).

Pastor McBride is the founder and lead pastor New Life which held its first public worship service on Easter Sunday 2002. He is happily married to his childhood friend Dana Michelle and is the proud father of five children. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, reading, helping people, hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycle on sunny spring & summer days. Currently they make their home in the suburbs of Washington, DC.
